The Armenian language has long history and no scientist can claim what is the starting point of this language. The Armenian Alphabet, created in 406 AD by Mesrop Mashtots, is considered to be the earliest evidence of the Armenian language existence. Nouns in Armenian have several cases (nominative, accusative, locative, genitive, dative, ablative, instrumental) but no gender at all. Even pronouns don’t have the category of gender. Verbs in the Armenian language have three categories. These are the categories of tense, mood and aspect.
